Arizona native Molly McManimie’s busy path to NFL agent

Molly McManimie is used to a packed schedule. Growing up, that meant Basha High School football games on Fridays, UCLA games on Saturdays and the Cardinals on Sundays.

Now, as an NFL agent and Vice President of Client Servies ath Caric Sports Management, the Arizona native packs her schedule to support the players on the field.

“Everyone thinks of us as contract negotiators and that’s just such a small part of our job,” said Steve Caric, president of the sports agency. “I think as an agent, what we’re really doing is we’re problem solving.”

Arizona native and Basha High School graduate Molly McManimie is an NFL player agent and vice president of client services for Caric Sports Management.

Some days, that can even mean helping a player who just switched teams find a new pet sitter in a new city. Under the umbrella of problem solving, Caric rattles off a few of just some of the many things that he and McManimie help their clients with on a daily basis.

“You have to know about contracts and about marketing and about public relations and crisis communications and real estate and jewelry purchase and car purchase insurance and estate planning,” Caric said.

“There’s just there’s so many aspects that go into being an agent that you have to dabble in.”
